Overview. This website, https://weekendregularsco.com, is operated by HBHB LLC, doing business as Weekend Regulars ("we," "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked here (Refund & Exchange, Shipping, Privacy). The store is hosted on Shopify.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Products. Everything is made to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the garment, and print placement and size can vary slightly from shirt to shirt. Sizing information is on our Size & Fit page.
3. Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item is priced or described wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've placed it.
4. Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, an address we can't ship to, or an error. If we cancel after you've been charged, we refund you in full.
5. Payment. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't store full card numbers.
6. Shipping and risk of loss. We ship only to the addresses listed in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. See the Refund & Exchange Policy for lost or stolen packages.
7. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and address changes. These are covered by our Refund & Exchange Policy, and all requests must be made by email to weekendregulars@gmail.com. In short, you can cancel or change your address within 24 hours of placing your order, or until we start printing it, whichever comes first.
8. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site belong to HBHB LLC (Weekend Regulars) or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.
9. Customer submissions. If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews or photos, you allow us to use them to run and promote the store, without payment to you. Please don't send anything unlawful or anything that belongs to someone else.
10. Prohibited uses. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, to interfere with its security, or to collect other people's information.
11. Third-party links and services. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the site, such as carriers, payment providers or social media.
12. Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
13. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Indemnity. You agree to hold us harmless from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
15. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
