Refund policy

Weekend Regulars is operated by HBHB LLC. Our shirts are printed by our family, and everything is made to order. Here's how exchanges, cancellations and problems work.

All requests must be made by email to weekendregulars@gmail.com: exchanges, damaged orders, wrong items, cancellations, address changes, refunds and any other issue. We don't take requests by phone, and please don't mail anything to us unless we've asked you to by email.

Exchanges (size changes and change of mind)

We offer exchanges only for ordinary returns. We don't give refunds for a size change or change of mind.
To start an exchange, email weekendregulars@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead. When your exchange is approved, we'll email you instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair, with no damage.
A restocking fee of 20% of the item price applies to every ordinary exchange.
You pay the return postage to send the item back to us, and the shipping cost to send your replacement.
The replacement is subject to availability. Replacements ship on our normal timeline (7–10 business days, plus transit) once we receive your return.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email weekendregulars@gmail.com with the issue and a photo within 7 days of receipt.

Wrong item sent

If we sent you the wrong item, that's our mistake. Email weekendregulars@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We pay all shipping and send the correct item right away, with no restocking fee.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it's the carrier's responsibility, and we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after shipment. Every order ships with tracking. If your package is lost or stolen, email weekendregulars@gmail.com and we'll give you the tracking and shipping details and help you file a claim with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Cancellations

Because everything is made to order, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, or until we start printing it, whichever comes first. Email weekendregulars@gmail.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
After that, your order can no longer be cancelled. The exchange terms above apply once it arrives.
If we can't ship your order within the time we promised, we'll email you with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund by emailing weekendregulars@gmail.com.

Address changes

The same window applies: you can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, or until we start printing it, whichever comes first. Email weekendregulars@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we'll reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.
